The Company
The Client is a well-established main contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across Ireland. With an annual turnover of €70m, they specialise in a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and restoration developments, with project values reaching €40m.
The Role
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee 3 projects across Dublin. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone commercially astute, operationally strong, and capable of managing projects from pre-construction through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously
Lead project teams and site management staff
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Manage client relationships and act as primary point of contact
Oversee contract administration and risk management
Monitor programme, quality, and compliance standards
Report directly to senior leadership on performance and progress
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contract Manager or Senior Project Manager with a main contractor
Track record delivering residential, commercial, or restoration projects
Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Relevant construction qualification (Degree or equivalent)
