Office Admin / Document Controller
Location: Dublin 7
Salary: €40,000–€50,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm (4pm finish on Fridays)
Workplace: Fully office-based
We’re working with a well-established main contractor based in Dublin, operating successfully for over 25 years with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
They are now seeking a Systems Administrator / Document Controller to join their team. This is a key support role within the business, offering great variety and the opportunity to work across multiple departments including Operations, Commercial, Office Management, H&S, Fleet, Tenders, and Training.
The Role
This position is perfect for someone with a solid background in office administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While construction industry experience is an advantage, it’s not essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented — someone who takes ownership, drives efficiency, and contributes positively to the business.
You’ll be the backbone of the company’s administration, systems and document control, ensuring smooth internal operations and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Support management, operations, site teams, and office functions
Oversee document control and internal systems
Assist with tenders, subcontractor documentation, and training records
Help maintain quality standards across business processes
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior office administration role
Strong IT skills – confident using MS365 (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word)
Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and excellent time management
Strong written communication and document presentation skills
Friendly, professional communication style – both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Problem-solving mindset and initiative-driven
Experience with quality or H&S systems is a plus but not essential
