Weβre working with a well-established and expanding construction company based in Dublin 24. Operating across carpentry contracting, main contracting, and residential development, theyβre now seeking a Development & Compliance Administrator to support their continued growth.
This role offers a chance to take ownership of key administrative, legal, and compliance functions, working closely with senior leadership in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
The Role
This is a pivotal position for a detail-oriented and proactive individual. Youβll play a crucial role in managing contracts, legal documentation, compliance records, and HR processes, helping to keep operations running smoothly across multiple active projects.
Key Responsibilities
πΉ Contracts & Project Documentation
Draft, issue, and manage consultancy and contractor agreements
Handle collateral warranties and development finance documentation
Liaise with legal advisers, consultants, and funders
Maintain digital registers (Aconex, SharePoint, etc.) for contracts and project records
πΉ Compliance & Governance
Keep up-to-date registers of insurance, planning conditions, and appointments
Support document control, ensuring templates and records are current and audit-ready
Ensure all documentation meets legal, funding, and regulatory standards
πΉ Admin & HR Support
Assist with onboarding and HR documentation for new hires
Coordinate training, certifications, and H&S compliance
Support policy updates, audits, staff records, and statutory returns
πΉ Finance & Project Liaison
Assist with procurement and invoice tracking
Work closely with the QS and Finance teams to ensure payment documentation aligns
Prepare internal reports and trackers for senior management
What Weβre Looking For
3+ years' experience in administration, ideally within construction, legal, or property development
Strong background in managing contracts or compliance documentation
Familiarity with systems like Aconex, SharePoint, or similar platforms
HR or project coordination experience is a plus
