Project Manager – 100-Unit Residential Development | Lucan, Dublin

Location: Adamstown, Lucan, Dublin
Project Type: 100-unit residential scheme (approx. 100 apartments + duplex units)
Salary: €90k-€110k p.a - Excellent package commensurate with experience
Parking: Free on-site parking

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established main contractor delivering a high-quality residential development in Lucan, Dublin.

The project’s superstructure is well progressed, with fit-out works commencing imminently. You’ll be joining a strong, seasoned management team on site, overseeing delivery through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery

• Oversee programme, quality, and health & safety

• Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams

• Report directly to Contracts Manager / Director

• Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all project stages

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large-scale residential or apartment projects in Ireland

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent technical and commercial awareness

• Ability to drive programme and maintain quality standards
