🏗️ Senior Site Manager / Site Project Manager – Residential Development

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Project Manager to take full ownership of a major residential project in Maynooth. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a 100+ unit housing development from the ground up, working with a respected contractor known for high-quality delivery.

Role Overview

As Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will take charge of programme management, subcontractor coordination, and site leadership, acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Project Manager on large-scale residential developments

• Strong background in groundworks, particularly utilities and Irish Water coordination

• Ability to take full ownership of a housing project from early stages through to completion

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Strong understanding of Irish construction regulations and safety standards
