Leading €100m turnover main contractor is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of apartment and education projects across Dublin and Leinster. This is a senior leadership role offering excellent long-term career progression with a well-established contractor delivering high-quality residential and public sector developments.

The Role

• Manage multiple projects from pre-construction through delivery

• Lead project teams across apartment and education schemes

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget

• Oversee client relationships, subcontractors and commercial performance

• Drive quality standards and operational efficiency across all sites

• Report directly to senior management and contribute to business growth

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Contract Manager / Senior Project Manager role

• Strong background with main contractors on residential or education projects

• Excellent leadership and client-facing skills

• Track record delivering large-scale construction projects successfully

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred

Package

• Salary circa €130,000
