Leading Fit Out Contractor | Projects Up to €20m | Major Global Clients
We are working with an established and highly regarded Fit Out Contractor in Dublin who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
The company specialises in CAT A and CAT B fit outs and major refurbishment projects valued up to €20 million, working with some of the world's leading international companies and global brands.
Projects are predominantly high-end commercial office spaces, alongside restaurants, hotels, bars and hospitality venues.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong Project QS who enjoys working on interesting, fast-paced projects with high-profile clients, taking ownership of the commercial side and working within a progressive contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work.
The Role
Take commercial responsibility for CAT A and CAT B fit out and refurbishment projects up to €20m.
Manage subcontractor procurement, tendering and contract negotiations.
Oversee project budgets, cost reporting, valuations and variations.
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and Directors.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage subcontractor accounts through to final account.
Ensure projects are delivered commercially and profitably.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in commercial fit out and refurbishment.
Ideally 5+ years of experience working with a main contractor or specialist fit out contractor.
Experience delivering CAT A / CAT B office fit outs or high-end hospitality projects.
Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and subcontractor management experience.
Someone proactive, organised and confident managing projects independently.
