We are working with an established fit-out contractor in Dublin who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-specification commercial office and retail fit-out projects across Dublin.
The company works with major international businesses and globally recognised brands, delivering premium office environments, corporate headquarters and high-quality commercial spaces.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working with prestigious clients and delivering exceptional finishes to demanding programmes.
The Role
Manage high-end commercial office and retail fit-out projects from inception through to handover.
Deliver premium office environments for major international companies and corporate clients.
Take full responsibility for project delivery, programme, budget and quality.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site management teams.
Manage relationships with clients, architects, design teams and project stakeholders.
Oversee procurement, project reporting and commercial performance.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
Identify and resolve issues before they impact project delivery.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the Irish construction industry.
Strong background delivering commercial office and/or retail fit-out projects.
Experience delivering high-specification interiors and premium commercial spaces.
Ability to manage fast-paced programmes and multiple subcontractor packages.
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Strong technical understanding of fit-out works, finishes and building services.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of projects.
