Senior PM - €120,000 Basic Salary + Bonus + Vehicle + Comprehensive Package

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale housing development in South West Kildare.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major residential scheme, managing projects from construction through to completion while ensuring programme, quality, safety, and commercial targets are achieved.

Working closely with senior leadership, design teams, subcontractors, and site management, you will play a key role in driving performance and maintaining exceptional standards across the development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale residential developments

• Manage programme, budgets, and project performance

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants

• Ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality and safety standards

• Drive project milestones and reporting to senior management

• Maintain strong stakeholder and client relationships

• Oversee project planning and sequencing from inception to handover

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on residential developments

• Background working with developers or main contractors

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent commercial and programme awareness

• Track record delivering housing or mixed-use projects successfully

• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
