A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a brand-new 200-unit housing development in Saggart.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major project from day one and play a key role in delivering a high-quality residential scheme from the ground up. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established developer with a strong pipeline of work across Dublin and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing all site activities from commencement through to completion

• Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel

• Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times

• Monitoring programme schedules and project milestones

• Managing quality control and inspections

• Liaising with the Project Manager, design team and senior management

• Ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications and programme requirements

• Maintaining accurate site records and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects

• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades

• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Relevant construction qualifications and certifications
