A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a brand-new 200-unit housing development in Saggart.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a major project from day one and play a key role in delivering a high-quality residential scheme from the ground up. The successful candidate will be joining a well-established developer with a strong pipeline of work across Dublin and the surrounding areas.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all site activities from commencement through to completion
Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel
Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
Monitoring programme schedules and project milestones
Managing quality control and inspections
Liaising with the Project Manager, design team and senior management
Ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications and programme requirements
Maintaining accurate site records and reporting
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Relevant construction qualifications and certifications
