Senior QS | Up to €150,000 Basic | Amsterdam | Data Centre | International Consultancy

Location: On-site in the Westpoort area, Amsterdam. Some flexibility to work from home depending on project needs (e.g., 1 day per week, sometimes more).

• Type: New-build, co-location data centre

• Timeline: On-site from Jan 2026, 3+ year project

• Contract: Tier 1 General Contractor engaged; tenant and funding secured; construction contracts signed

• Role: PQS, managing a significant European data centre build

Key Requirements

• Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent

• Chartered status (RICS or equivalent) preferred

• Experience in European data centre projects; local Dutch experience advantageous

• PQS experience within client/consultancy; GC/MEP QS experience helpful

• Proactive, confident, and able to manage a team

• Comfortable engaging with experienced clients and high-performing contractor
