Quantity Surveyor | Fit Out | €70,000 + Package | Dublin

An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to join a delivery-focused commercial team in Dublin, working on high-value construction and fit-out projects across sectors including:

• Commercial offices & CAT A / CAT B fit-outs

• Pharmaceutical & life sciences facilities

• Data centres & advanced manufacturing

• High-spec interiors and mission-critical environments

The Role

• Full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account

• Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets and forecasts

• Procurement and management of subcontract packages

• Valuations, variations, change control and cost reporting

• Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure commercial performance

• Final accounts and client liaison

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

• Background in commercial construction, fit-out, pharma or similar sectors

• Strong contractual and commercial awareness

• Excellent reporting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
