A leading International and Irish-based consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a large-scale data centre project near Zaragoza, Spain. This is a key role on a flagship Spanish project, offering the opportunity to join an expert team with long-term local focus and genuine career growth.

Role Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish and English speaker

• Based in Spain (local hire)

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred but not essential)

• Data Centre experience is essential

• Experience in power or substation projects is an advantage

• Must be eligible to work in Spain.

This role is not suited to fly-in/fly-out arrangements or to candidates seeking expat-level packages. It is a local hire with strong long-term potential, working on one of the region’s most exciting projects.
