Dublin’s leading fit-out contractor is looking for an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team, delivering some of the most impressive office spaces in Dublin for major global companies and household-name brands.

💰 Salary: €75K–€100K + package

What we’re looking for:

✅ At least 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience in Ireland or the UK.

🎓 A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.

🧠 Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and cost-management expertise.

🏗️ Experience in fit-out, interiors or commercial construction would be an advantage but no major.

🚀 Someone commercially sharp, proactive and ready for their next challenge.
