Site Manager / Project Manager
Location: Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin
Salary: Up to €110,000 + Excellent Package
A well-established local developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Project Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of a 100+ unit new-build apartment scheme in Dún Laoghaire.
This is a senior role offering autonomy, long-term pipeline security, and the opportunity to work on a high-profile residential development from early-stage through to completion.
The Role:
Overall management and delivery of a large-scale apartment development
Full responsibility for programme, quality, safety, and cost control
Coordination of subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
Ensuring works are delivered to programme and to the highest standards
Acting as the key point of contact between developer, design team, and site
Driving H&S compliance in line with Irish regulations
The Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in Engineering or Construction Project Management
Proven experience delivering large residential or apartment schemes
Comfortable operating as the senior lead on site
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Relevant third-level qualification (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar)
