I'm working with an extremely well-run family developer with their own contracting arm, renowned for delivering high-quality residential developments across Dublin.

They are now looking to appoint an experienced Facade / First Fix Foreman for a 99-unit apartment development in Sandyford, Dublin.

The Role:

  • Oversee façade and first fix works from start through to completion.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

  • Work closely with the Site Manager and project team on a well-resourced residential scheme.
