The Role
Lead cost management on large-scale data centre projects from feasibility through to completion
Prepare cost plans, feasibility budgets and tender reports for client-side stakeholders
Provide strategic cost advice throughout the project lifecycle
Carry out tender analysis and contractor selection support from a client perspective
Manage client budgets and advise on cost risk and mitigation strategies
Conduct lifecycle cost analysis on complex, high-spec builds
Build and maintain strong client relationships across a growing data centre portfolio
Mentor and support junior cost management staff within the team
What They're Looking For
Strong experience as a Cost Manager or Senior QS within a consultancy/PQS environment
Proven data centre or mission-critical project experience essential
Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics or related discipline
MRICS/MSCSI (or working towards) preferred
Strong grasp of Irish contract forms and cost planning methodology
Confident client-facing manner, able to advise not just report
Commercially sharp with strong analytical and reporting skills
