We’re looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing fit-out contractor in Dublin, working across a mix of commercial, hospitality, retail and leisure projects.
This isn’t your typical QS role where you sit behind a spreadsheet all day.
You’ll be part of a collaborative commercial team delivering some of Dublin’s most exciting spaces, from boutique hotels and buzzing restaurants to premium office headquarters, flagship retail units and high-spec leisure venues.

You’ll get genuine exposure to projects from procurement through to final account, working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers who are keen to help you develop.

📊 The Role
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the commercial delivery of projects across areas including:
Cost control and reporting
Subcontractor procurement and payments
Valuations and variations
Cost forecasting
Commercial meetings
Contract administration
Final accounts
Working closely with site and project teams
You’ll be given responsibility early, but you’ll also have plenty of support around you.

🚀 Who are we looking for?
You might be a recent Quantity Surveying graduate, an Assistant QS already working in construction, or someone with a couple of years' experience who is ready to step up.
Fit-out experience would be ideal, but attitude, ambition and commercial awareness matter just as much.
