We’re looking for an ambitious Associate Director to join a high-performing data centre team in Dublin and help shape some of the most exciting projects in the market.

This is not a “keep the wheels turning” role. You’ll be at the sharp end — leading major data centre projects, building client relationships, driving teams, and helping deliver complex developments from concept through to completion.

You’ll be an experienced data centre professional with the technical knowledge, commercial awareness and leadership presence to operate at Associate Director level.

You’ll bring:

• Strong experience delivering data centre / mission-critical projects

• Proven leadership across complex, high-value programmes

• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

• Commercial confidence and a sharp eye for opportunities

• The ability to lead from the front, without taking yourself too seriously
