Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager | Residential Developer | Dublin & Greater Dublin | €120,000–€130,000 + Package

We are working with a small, privately owned residential developer looking for an experienced construction professional to effectively become the senior construction person within the business.

You’ll work directly alongside the owners, have real autonomy to make decisions and take ownership of a portfolio of residential projects across Dublin and the Greater Dublin area.

The work ranges from smaller residential developments and infill sites through to high-end one-off houses, with individual project values reaching approximately €2–3m.

There aren't five layers of management above you.

They want someone they can trust to take control, make decisions and get projects delivered.

The role will cover:

• Overseeing multiple residential projects from pre-construction through to handover

• Managing programmes, site teams and subcontractors

• Procurement and subcontractor appointments

• Commercial oversight of costs, budgets and variations

• Coordinating consultants, designers and suppliers

• Maintaining quality, programme and health & safety standards

• Identifying problems early and getting them resolved

• Reporting directly to the owners

This could suit an experienced Contracts Manager, Senior Project Manager or commercially strong Project Manager who wants to step away from the corporate structure of a large contractor and have considerably more influence over the projects they deliver.
