Finishing Foreman - Major Residential Development
Location: Dublin 3
Contractor: Tier 1 Main Contractor
Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 + Benefits (DOE)
We are working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor on a major residential and healthcare development in Dublin 3, and they are looking to appoint an experienced Finishing Foreman to join the project team.
The development is a large-scale, high-profile project comprising multiple residential blocks, a significant basement structure and a separate specialist healthcare facility. The scheme also includes the restoration and refurbishment of existing protected structures, making this an excellent opportunity to work on a complex project with a varied scope of works.
The Role
As Finishing Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing finishing works on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to a high standard, on programme and in line with project specifications.
Key responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating finishing trades and subcontractors on site
Ensuring works are completed to a high-quality standard
Monitoring progress against the construction programme
Carrying out inspections and snagging
Coordinating with Site Managers, Engineers and the wider project team
Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
Assisting with the successful handover of completed areas
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman or experienced General Foreman
Strong background working on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
Excellent knowledge of finishing trades and construction sequencing
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
Strong communication and organisational skills
Relevant Irish/UK construction experience preferred

€65,000 – €75,000 + benefits, depending on experience
