A leading main contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major commercial development in Dublin. This is a high-profile project with long-term progression and a strong financial package.

The Role

• Take full ownership of commercial duties across the project

• Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations & final accounts

• Drive cost control, reporting and value optimisation

• Ensure contractual compliance and maintain strong client relationships

Who You Are

• Degree qualified QS with 4+ years’ experience

• Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding

• Confident managing subcontractors and reporting at project level

• Motivated, detail-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
