Property / Facilities Manager | Dublin | Up to €80,000 + Van | Property Developer
Property Manager / Facilities Manager
500 homes. Three sites. One role that actually gives you ownership over how they're run.
Our client is a family-run property developer with a strong reputation in Dublin construction but this role sits on the property management side of their business. They hold roughly 500 rented apartments and houses across three sites within the M50, primarily in North and West Dublin, plus a further 140 units in Naas. Re-letting of existing units is handled in-house, so this role is all about keeping the portfolio running, well maintained, well inspected, and in good shape day to day.
The Role
Oversee the day-to-day management and upkeep of circa 500 apartments across three Dublin sites plus the Naas portfolio
Carry out and schedule regular property inspections across all sites
Manage refurbishment works, including gas boiler to heat pump conversions
Act as first point of contact for maintenance issues, coordinating contractors and in-house resources
Get hands on - this is as much a handyman role as a management one
Liaise with painters, tradespeople and contractors to keep works moving and standards high
Build and maintain systems for inspections and maintenance tracking as the portfolio grows
Balance the property manager, facilities manager and handyman sides of the job in equal measure
What They're Looking For
Experience in property management, facilities management, or a similar hands-on maintenance/inspection role
Practical, handy, and comfortable getting stuck in directly
Understanding of trades (painting, general maintenance) and how to manage them effectively
Strong organisational skills - juggling multiple sites and units without letting things slip

Comfortable working for a family-run business where relationships and trust matter
